CLEAN

Today's Theme is Clean.

Driftwood washed clean by nature. Smooth and slick, all hard edges softened and polished by the continuous caress of water and wind.

I have seen many cats and dogs and kids but your picture is totally different from most of us. Cleaned by nature, what a geat concept.

Driftwood is like snowflakes...no two are alike! Every cottage has a driftwood lamp or something!

Looks like a Praying Mantis...
i have a piece my mother thought was a bear floating down the river at Yellowstone in the 50's....it looks like a Ballerina to me.
Great multi-dimensional thinking towards "Clean"...

Water, wind and sand too. Great photograph. Did you keep the driftwood?

Nice stick! What amazes me, though, is the even texture of the sand and the clarity of the water. I'd drink it no matter what I saw upstream!

Nice stuff here! Sorry it took me this long to stop by...

Cheers!

Dave- this water is the Pacific in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.
And actually, they have now found seahorses living off of the beach, that have only been found in the South China Seas because they need absolutely pristine water to survive. This is considered a BLUE-FLAG Beach. Which means that it passes all of the environmental standards for cleanliness. I guess you could drink it- if you like alot of Salt.
