GIVE MORE THAN YOU GET

I am a true believer in "what you sow so shall you reap".

I have given of myself wholeheartedly and unconditionally. Neither expecting nor getting anything in return. Yet, I continued to love, continued to give, continued to keep my heart open towards you. It has served me well.

No, I am not, nor have I in the past, received anything back from you. But, I have been blessed over and over by others. I have received love back from those who really care about me and see who I am- those who treasure my friendship and my love.

It has been worth these last few months of heartbreak and sadness. For it has helped me to see the true worth of a giving heart. It has helped me to appreciate others for their goodness and compassion towards me. The renewed friendships I am nurturing sustain me. My heart and my soul are held aloft by loving hands of friendship.

Now I can thank you. I thank you for allowing me to give. I thank you for being the reason I have become unselfish of myself towards others. In that respect you have taught me much- probably more than had you loved me back.

It has been a painful, but enlightening journey.

There is no remedy for love but to love more.

Have you been peering into my heart's notebook??? reading it page by page........?? maybe we should compare our notebooks........how can we love w/o experiencing its opposite? then we truly understand its beauty and its price.........

You have a great attitude and are putting the right spin on things...Hope you continue to see a mild improvement on the average... Do you really have some of those Psychodelic Boots by pucci? Thats great!
Ill leave you with this:

I walked into this empty church I had no place else to go
When the sweetest voice I ever heard, whispered to my soul
I dont need to be forgiven for loving you so much
Its written in the scriptures
Its written there in blood
I even heard the angels declare it from above
There aint no cure,
There aint no cure,
There aint no cure for love

And we all have learned this painful truth at some time..it must be a right of passage to somewhere...I'm not sure where!
