your girls are beautiful ..... must take after their mom (hee hee)

though it is still difficult for me to look at pets right now and feel ..... like they are loving companions. I'm really struggling with my own, Oscar.

i know it will pass ...... at least I hope so.

What beautiful and happy dogs! I'll have to post a picture of our Trixie some day. She's a wonderful dog, too, but she's never been quite the same since we brought our baby home. She went from being extremely exuberant to just happy. It's very sad.

Anyway, rub their bellies for me. They look very sweet!

Steve- so what do my dogs say about me?

RDG- yes, they are beautiful- and my biggest stress relievers right now. They have their "wild" moments, but not too often. I hope you soon realize how "loving" they can be, in spite of their wild side.

Dave- I WAS going to entitle this post MY HAPPY GIRLS- because they do always seem so happy (and they were smiling in their photographs).
You hit the nail on the head- Happy AND sweet. Bellys are rubbed!

Your girls are gorgeous!! Isn't it amazing how much love one can feel for those furry creatures? I am blessed to have friends, family and a man who loves me, but I know my life would not be complete without my fuzzy "child".

Your dogs look as sophisticated as their names suggest.

ADORABLE! I love people who love dogs, that's all there is to it!

We have a difficult decision to make about out Dylan soon. I just keep putting it off as long as I can.

I've never had dogs, just cats, so I don't know much about them but these two are beauties! They look friendly and full of life, yet gentle. They're like second children aren't thry?

NSLW- Yes, my fuzzy children give me more love than my un-fuzzy ones (or so it seems at times).
Grizzbabe- Looks can be deceiving, they are groundhog hunting, scavenging animals. LOL
Barbara- Sorry to hear that Dylan is not doing so well- it has always been one of the worst decisions I've ever had to make. And, I had to make it 3 times.
MOI- Cats are cool- but, I adore my dogs. They are friendly and very gentle with little ones. Kayla does like to bite me sometimes, mostly when she gets excited about her W-A-L-K (I have to spell it around her.

I have to spell P-A-R-K....

Beautiful dogs!

They are beautiful. A friend of mine once said we should have a "dogwoman" vacation...just for women who have a special bond with their dog(s). We thought it a wonderful idea, but it never came to be as her companion Jillian got cancer and passed. I think she would like to have a pup again, but is reluctant at this point. There is just something about the bond we build with dogs that is like nothing else, pure and irreplacable. Love to the girls.

They are beautiful dogs! Such a meaningful quote. Thanks for sharing.

I miss my friend Miko. He passed away a year ago. He will always have a special place in my heart. I still have Bruno and he brings me so much joy.
