When painters leave this world, we grieve
For the hand that will work no more,
But who can say that they rest alway
On that still celestial shore?
No! No! they choose from the rainbow hues,
And winging from Paradise,
They come to paint, now bold now faint,
The tones of our sunset skies.
When I see them there I can almost swear
That grey is from Whistler's brain!
That crimson flush was Turner's brush!
And the gold is Claude Lorraine.

You understand that we are all jealous, no?
Oh my what beautiful skies.
OMG! HOW GORGEOUS! YOU TOOK THESE? YOU WENT HERE ON YOUR HOLIDAYS??!!!
Fabulous shots!
Thanks for the visit and compliment about my song! I thought you always knew that was me. Annelisa posted it for me a few years ago now. I have another one but I don't know how to post songs from my hard drive and Annelisa's disappeared for awhile. She has a video to go with it.
Enjoy the month of Aug.!
DREAM LANDSCAPE...
You always find good words to go with...
Personally, I'd have put the words to "Jungle Love" with this but...I..have no taste.
You keep posting cool pictures from Costa Rica. I can see why you'd want to go back. I have a kayaking video that was filmed in Costa Rica. Let me see if I can survive the Mulberry River here in Arkansas before I buy my plane tickets, though. From what I understand, you'd better have everything clicking before you take on the whitewater in Costa Rica!
Nice Pics!
